Jeremiah Fleming | Chief Executive Officer
With over 25 years of experience in the software and communications industry. Jeremiah has a strong background in sales, marketing, business development. He has a B.A. and M.B.A degrees from the University of Missouri.
Joe Hamblin | Chief Digital & Transformation Officer
With over 30 years of experience in IT and Telecom leadership positions, Joe brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role at Altigen Technlogies. Prior to joining us, Joe served as the Vice President of Enterprise Services at Sprint/T-Mobile, where he played a pivotal role in driving innovation and delivering transformative solutions to enterprise clients. He also served as the Vice President of Strategic Client Partner Relations at Netcracker Technologies, where he fostered strategic relationships and drove business growth. Known for his passion, attention to detail, and results-driven approach. Joe is deeply committed to driving digital transformation and leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges.
Mark Allen | Chief Innovation Officer
Mr. Allen is known for designing and managing the launch marketing, sales channel, product placement, and other roles in preparation for the launch of innovative technology solutions. Previously, as CEO of Blue Panda Communications, Mark was responsible for the global launch of a first-of-its-kind Contact Center designed around Unified Communications.
Mike Plumer | Vice President of Sales
Mr. Plumer joined the company in 1996 and held several management positions before becoming Vice President of Sales in 2000. He oversees all direct and indirect communications sales in North America, as well as Altigen’s FinTech sales initiatives. He has a bachelor’s degree in journalism and public relations from Iowa State University.
Carolyn David | Vice President of Finance
Ms. David is the Executive Financial Officer at Altigen. As Altigen’s financial leader, her primary role is overseeing the management of the company’s finances and financial activity including financial planning, reporting, compliance/auditing, and ensuring support for the corporate strategy.
Paul Fullman | Vice President of Sales (EMEA)
Having a strong technical background with a number of Microsoft Specialist Qualifications, Mr. Fullman is focused on driving Altigen’s portfolio across EMEA. He has earned a BA (honors degree) in Multimedia Computing and holds a number of Microsoft Certifications including MCP, MCSE, and MCSE + I.
Sharique Shaikh | Director of Consulting Services
Sharique has over 25 years of experience in IT. He has worked with Sprint/T-Mobile for 20 years as a Delivery Director supporting IT applications supporting all stores and users within call centers and Retail stores. In the past, he has also worked in a consulting role with IBM and Concentrix as a Senior Delivery Director.
