Altigen Presents at the Signature User Conference 2026
Altigen was excited to present at this year’s Signature User Group Conference in Orlando, Florida. Signature is a Fiserv customer-centric banking solution designed to meet the needs of larger financial institutions. Executives from more than 70 banks attended the conference to review the Fiserv platform and its affiliated solutions.
Altigen presented on Microsoft Teams Phone and the CoreEngage Contact Center and also showcased the new AI capabilities of Fiserv ConvergeIVR. ConvergeIVR is an Altigen-developed “bank‑by‑phone” solution currently used by more than 1,500 banks and credit unions.
This is an especially exciting year, as many financial institutions are evaluating how to leverage Teams Phone and their Microsoft 365 investment to replace aging Cisco, Mitel, and Avaya systems.
